The track & trace of your order will be sent up to 24 hours after your order has been finalized, allowing to track and follow your order.
All orders leave our warehouse on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 3:00 pm.

Portugal (Islands) – up to 8 working days: 9,5€
Europe – up to 12 working days: 10€

Whilst Bythesea Portugal will do everything in its power to ensure delivery times mentioned above are accomplished, we are not to be liable for delays caused by third party entities.
Payment is done by debit / credit card, PayPal, Multibanco or MB WAY (Portugal).
The only extra price you have to pay when purchasing from the online store is the shipping costs, depending on the destination of delivery and total order price.
The website www.bytheseaportugal.com enables users to purchase, electronically, a number of products, that can be ordered through the online store, within the Terms & Conditions herby displayed.
Information provided by users are solely entitled to the respective user, having a full legal effect, and therefore recognizing the obligations assumed when shopping at www.bytheseaportugal.com.
All payments are done in Euro (€) currency.
According to the Decree-Law nº24/2014, as of February 14th, the user has 14 consecutive days following the day that the the order is delivered, to request and perform an exchange on purchases held through the online store.
Bythesea Portugal will not accept Returns.
Bythesea Portugal requires that the package is returned in the same conditions as the ones delivered.
Exchange requests should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org, for prior analysis.
Exchange request process is via e-mail with the subject: Exchange Request. Body e-mail: state name, order number, motive, and desired exchange product and size.
In case the exchange product is not available, a gift card of the same value will be issued.
In case of exchange approval, the package must be returned complete. Tags, labels and packaging must be intact. Package should be sent to the following address:

All shipping costs resulting from the exchange are of the customer’s responsibility.
Bythesea Portugal reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 15 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, the user agrees to be bound by the revised terms.
